So after yesterday's comments by Kim Pegula I wanted to out line some facts and figures for everyone. This in no way is a prediction of any form minus at the end, its just giving you a lot of information to digest in regards to building a new stadium if it were to happen.   New Era (The Ralph) The Ralph underwent a $130 million dollar renovation in 2013 which is also when the ten year lease was signed. The state invested around $54 million during this renovation with the Bills cov
