Well, you clearly believe in freedom of speech so why are you upset with anything that Trump has said?

Oh, and from her own mouth, Hillary said that she deleted the emails.  Really, guy??

She deleted emails but your claiming you know what was on them. Not a big Hillary supporter. Didn't vote for her but Trump is in my opinion pathetic.

This got me thinking. What if players, especially those high recognition, high merchandise selling, STAR players, decided that playing on the Sabbath conflicted with their religious beliefs. Could they be compelled to play because they are employed by a private business?

Nope.  Can't be compelled to play for any reason.  Players are at will employees, just like I am in my job.  They don't have to play on any religious "day", but that could and certainly would affect their ability to be employed by an NFL team.

I'm very grateful for the service of all of our military personnel; I would love to understand why you think this is any different than any employer placing restrictions on behavior?

In my view, it's 100% permitted under the constitution.

That would be really interesting; I think there's precedent for this...didn't Sandy Koufax refuse to pitch in a pennant game back in the day?

I seem to recall something about that. I’ll do a little research.

So the NFLPA is going to review whether or not there's any ability under the CBA to challenge the process?  Okay, if it turns out that the owners acted outside of their bounds, then I'll agree with you that it was a shady process.

No employee should limit the right to protest. Specially when work hasnt even started yet.

Now how is taking a knee disrespect anyway???

The Sabbath is Saturday and always has been.

Sunday is the LORDs day

Good point regarding their status as at will employees. Suffice to say, depending on the star status of a player, some would have their ability to be employed impacted less than others.

At the same time aren't you then claiming that you know what was not in the emails?  If not, given the suspicious nature of that event it would stand to reason that there was something to hide.  But, this is neither here nor there.

Also what players are going to stay in the Locker Room?

The league has already blackballed Reid and Kaepernick. So message sent. Listen to us or you are out of the league.
