He's not retired he just got a bigger contract at another company probably after 25 yrs in one spot wanted a change & with his creds he can go just about anywhere he wanted to .

Kind of like when Peyton Manning moved on from the colts alls he needed to do was decide which team was the best fit & who had the biggest check book !!

Breer is taking over, I have grown to like him. I think this change will be for the better.

I like Breer as well actually.  Think he is better on paper than he was as a broadcaster.

I'm a big Peter King fan but I just read his blurb from his final MMQB column in the Buffalo News article where he touched on Frank Reich and he referred to his "bad pick-six" in the third quarter of the comeback game.  Wasn't it a perfectly thrown ball that hit (Keith McKeller?) right in the hands and bounced into the hands of Bubba McDowell?

"Then the Bills ran out for the second half. On the fourth play from scrimmage, Reich’s pass went through the hands of tight end Keith McKeller to Houston’s Bubba McDowell, who returned it 58 yards for a touchdown."
