What prompted this to come out now, 8 years later?

One thing I do know is Doug Whaley is not employed with a team 1 month after the draft concluded.

"Perhaps if Buffalo had called a few minutes sooner, Brown would have been a member of the Bills."

And Antonio Brown would not have been Antonio Brown.

Good for him.  He'd have been completely !@#$ed if he was drafted by Buffalo.

This article makes it sound like Antonio Brown was in control on who was going to draft him. I call BS on that. He wasn't drafted at the top of the first round. He was a 6th round pick. Now what we should be upset about is that the Bills whiffed on so many draft picks in 2010.

I have no idea. I’m really surprised that we hadn’t heard this before (at least I hadn’t). In a lot of ways I wish that I hadn’t heard it.

In fairness, Antonio Brown would have been TJ Graham here.

Steelers likely had a long list of negatives on his scouting report also. I always hate when teams get called smart for late round picks that work.

was a good decision for Brown

Really. What kind of career would he have had with the Bills? In fact I wonder how good players we might have wasted.
