BBillsWestCoast Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 The going rate to sign Cutler would use all our cap, so he can teach Josh Allen what not to do with a strong arm on a the least talented offense in the league where we are all about ball control and winning the turnover ratio. Great choice!
boyst Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 So many took the bait. So cute. Replying feeds the trolls. Good job nitwits. 1

The Real Buffalo Joe Posted May 16, 2018 Author Posted May 16, 2018 They may not have won it, but Cutler did take the Bears to the Super Bowl back on '06.

No need to burn $10M in cap space for a guy who’s going to phone it in until he gets injured. I’m not a McCarron fan, but Cutler doesn’t bet us much. Plus I wouldn’t want him directly or indirectly influencing Allen.

Mat68 Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 Cutler is at the end of his career. It would be terrible they have to pull a Marrone and bring in Orton b/c Manuel is no good.
Talley56 Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 (edited) As someone who doesn’t think Cutler is as bad as people make him out to be I just don’t want to go through another QB who is pretty much done with football (like we did with Kyle Orton). 5 years ago I actually would have been more on board. But I am willing to see what we have in McCarron. Edited May 16, 2018 by Talley56

Or unproven AJ McCarron. With Cutler, we at least know what we're getting. That’s like saying “at least with that restaurant you know what you’re getting: diarrhea.”

White Linen Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 Cutler is one of the best QB's throwing on the run statistically the last 30 years. Go look it up. I think he could help Allen.
