brianthomas Posted May 14, 2018 Posted May 14, 2018 (edited) I remember seeing Lotulelei's name being thrown around here a lot prior to the Draft, as a player many thought the Bills should pursue. After hearing this news of his retirement, I'm glad the Bills didn't pick him up. To be honest I even double checked to make sure we didn't sign him, as a rookie announcing his early retirement is quite the Billsy thing to happen to a team. billsbackto81 Posted May 14, 2018 Posted May 14, 2018 Haven't you heard? His brother lucked out and won the lottery. 1 1

Reports that I just read said they waived him, so he's going to retire from football since he got cut. The report was that it was a $15,000 signing bonus. I'm sure Denver will let him keep it since they cut him. 1

Many UDFAs realize once they get to NFL they will not succeed.

Mr. WEO Posted May 15, 2018 Posted May 15, 2018 Can he still go into the HOF as a Bronco? 32 minutes ago, billsbackto81 said: Haven't you heard? His brother lucked out and won the lottery. Looks like his brother retired a year ago.. 2

The Wiz Posted May 15, 2018 Posted May 15, 2018 (edited) Curious if big bro had some words of discouragement about playing in the league. Edited May 15, 2018 by The Wiz

LeGOATski Posted May 15, 2018 Posted May 15, 2018 Cool. That deserves a slap on the ass and a "good game."
CommonCents Posted May 15, 2018 Posted May 15, 2018 Brother is that disinterested that he didn’t even give it a chance. Hmm that doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in big bro earning those big bucks after a horrendous year. My least liked piece of the process.
