Wait, no the SABRES were headed to Toronto too??? Wow! But yeah, zero chance a second team would be awarded to Toronto. Ditto for Hamilton, which at 30 miles away from Toronto qualifies as a bedroom community. Quebec has an NHL team. And the Sabres SINCE the Pegulas have proven that the NHL will not contract the Buffalo team.

Drunken Pygmy Goat Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 I won't get my hopes up about a ride in his jet, but I'll accept bus fare.
ddaryl Posted May 7, 2018 Posted May 7, 2018 I'm not sure if I want to go. It will depend on who is playing I guess

That the "Conference Board of Canada" thinks there can be a few more Canadian NHL teams doesn't make my point wrong, nor does it argue that when Pegula bought the Sabres, these were MORE likely than they are now. 1
Bill_with_it Posted May 8, 2018 Posted May 8, 2018 Tremendoisly greatful for them to realize the Whaley, Rex, and Brandon issues and remove them from the Bills!
