WWE'S Kane Wins Mayor Race in Tennessee

Recommended Posts

Might be a Dusty finish here. There's still 43 provisional ballots to count.

As for it just being a primary, the winner of the GOP primary is virtually guaranteed to win the election.

"Jacobs, who works as an insurance agent in addition to his work with WWE, is a libertarian. He ran on a platform of low taxes, improved infrastructure and limited government."

Yeah... I like pretty flowers and drought too.  I like cars that run on water during that drought.

Infrastructure inherently gov't?

People are out of their minds and I have a perpetual motion vehicle to sell you for $1.

Keep dreaming dreamers...

Following in the footsteps of Jesse “The Body” Ventura, Glenn Jacobs – better known to WWE fans as Kane – will be the next mayor of Knox County in Tennessee. After winning the Republican primary in a tightly contested race earlier this year, Jacobs, who has worked with WWE for more than two decades, easily defeated Democrat Linda Haney to win the Tennessee county’s top political office.

I predict a heel turn and he will enslave the people of Knox County

Word on the streets is Glen hired the same writers that orchestrated Roger Goodell's  heel turn. Gonna be epic, brah.

Don't worry, the next round of tax cuts will pay for everything.
