Harrison Philips was just on Sirius NFL Radio(ch. 88).. It was a short interview, but he stated hardest part of college game was playing 90 plays and had to know when to use his motor. He had to decide when to chase a play down, when he knew he wasn't gonna make a tackle but wanted to put himself in position in case a fumble occured. Knowing the next play, if he chased down the runner he would have to rush back to line of scrimmage within seconds and have to rush the qb on next play. He said he is looking forward to playing in rotation so he can give 100% on every play, rather than knowing when to dial it back to conserve energy. He stated playbook is no issue and can play with his eyes closed. And lastly, he also said he is already getting his winter clothes ready for buffalo lol

Harrison strikes me as a guy that this fanbase is going to love. that whole "can't wait to play in the NFL so i won't have to hold anything back" sentiment will go a long, long way.

Harrison Philips had a Wonderlic score of 35.  This interview gives you a peek at why.

His going to Stanford is also an indicator ?

BEAST!!  I think this is the steal of the draft!  Battle Tested!!   AMAZED HE LASTED THIS LONG

Watch him control the blockers, diagnose and then make the play.  He can also pass rush.

The whole wonderlic thing seems to have played a big part of the overall strategy.

Edmunds and Phillips seem like huge steals to me. Under the tutilage of McD and his defensive staff, these two are going to be absolute monsters.

Edmunds & Phillips !! Any South Park fans here ?
