This is one of those few times I wish we had "Judge Dredd" (horrible movie, great premise) type laws.

KD in CA
Yeah, hang him......by his ankles, upside down. Cut off his finger tips so he bleeds out slowly through them. While that's happening, set various parts of his body on fire for a few minutes at a time....just long enough to sear off all the skin... Also set up a video/TV so he can watch it all for himself... ...and don't forget the mental aspect of explaining in detail what is going to happen to him before it is done. DRChicago
Attempted Abduction at New York State Fair The State Police at the New York State Fair are investigating an attempted abduction .... This sounds scary... familiar ... and like ... well, a hoax. In the absence of a corroberating news account, I'd not put too much stock in this story. It does, of course, seems plausible -- that how hoaxes work. check out this urban legends site -- I go there when I see an uncredited story (if a net search doesn't show anything) -- much the same way I check my virus protection sites before deleting files from my PC (remember the 'teddy bear' virus hoax). http://www.snopes.com/horrors/parental/kidnap.htm
sidbuff
That's sick!!! ................... I like it.... 20793[/snapback] BRO: That dude likes to kidnap. I say he gets kidnapped by a bunch of fathers (LIKE MYSELF) and go straight up beat his assss style for just 30 seconds. FAST but to him it will be the logest 30 seconds of his life. That will cure that sick little thought of his from ever doing it again.

Clearly we'll have him eaten alive at the end.....someone please bring the audio equipment so we can amplify his screams and they can play back at him while he dies. IMO, there is absolutely no punishment that should be off limits for people who abduct/abuse/etc. children
Just Jack
I find that interesting since none of the news organizations have reported anything here. I do know a few people here with the TV and newspapers, so I'll see what they can come up with. *EDIT* the phone number listed is correct for the North Syracuse barracks of the Troop D State Troopers. Mediaman
This story is true: This past Sunday 9/5/04 my family and I were enjoying a bday party for a friends child. They had the "right" to use their local park with various amenities and restrict any outside visitors. At one point later in the day, my daughter was playing on the monkey bars and was attempting to climb across. She's only 3 and was having a tought time at it. There was a gentlemen there who at first I thought was a father of one of the other children, there were close to 50 kids at the partyand hard to keep track of who was who, but it turned out to be a "stranger". This "kind" stranger was helping all the little ones go across the bars, one of those pull your self across by your arms and swing your feet thingy. At first I didn't mind, but then the host of the party alerted us that this person was not with the party. Luckily we had an off duty cop with us who escorted this gentlemen out of the park. When he was confronted he seemed a bit cocky that he had to leave and was acting the part of "I wasn't doing anything wrong" This middle aged man had no right to be near these kids as they played amongst themselves. Before anyone asks, we were watching our daughter and we thought that this man was a parent of one of the other kids. This incident happened no more then 30 feet away from us.
