Neither did Peerless. Yeah I know technically it was a trade. But wasn't Harper technically a trade, I don't remember all the details?

Harper was a free agent signee and played 2 years in Tampa. He caught 3 TDs in that time.

John Butler and AJ Smith are lucky they traded for Rob Johnson instead of signing him to a $25 million deal when he'd started ONE game.

I don't think you'll see us anywhere near that list as long as TD is at the helm.

HTF did Alvin Harper not get into that top 10?  Are you kidding me?

I'm stunned he got honorable mention. Anyone remember what he got paid?

Edit: Thanks AD.

Much as it pains me to say, I wouldn't put Kerry Collins on that list, seeing how he's the Raiders starter at present, and about to be throwing to Moss...

I wonder how RJ got left off this list... :w00t:

He wasn't a free agent or he would be.

Alvin Harper should have topped that list, much less made it. That's a real oversight.

Too bad RJ wasn't a FA acquisition, then he could take his rightful place as well...

Bryce Paup should have had at least an honorable mention... Didn't he leave for Jax never to be seen again a year or so after winning defensive MVP in '96 or so?

I read that and wondered how could Rob Johnson not only be left off, but not be #1...he was the worst FA EVER

Trade, not a FA.

What about last years skins signing of Brunell? I'd say it was one of the dumbest signings in recent years.

Brunell was traded by the Jax and they fleeced a 3rd round pick from the

Redskins....and the Redskins gave him a 7M signing bonus....
