MikeH Posted March 15, 2005 Posted March 15, 2005 Anybody remember rooster Robin? Excellent local bar band in early 1980s. 274700 Yes muddy, I remember them well. They were regulars at the Barrel Head in West Seneca. As long as we are talking about local bands ... TALAS was my favorite.

I was just a little runt back then and I thought their name was funny 275565 I'm assuming you are talking about rooster Robin. The radio would say to come on out and "Rock with the rooster". They would always attract plenty of Chicks.
USMCBillsFan Posted March 15, 2005 Posted March 15, 2005 I forgot about the link thingy... NAVAR Check them out. They're pretty good!

rockpile Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 Anybody remember rooster Robin? Excellent local bar band in early 1980s. 274700 Keyboard player broke his fingers playing "Hush". I used to have a bumper sticker on my pickup truck "Rock with the rooster". Really impressed my future in-laws! rooster robin rooster Robin and the Little Trolls ruled the late 70's cover band scene.

Spiderweb Posted March 17, 2005 Posted March 17, 2005 How come the Bee Gees get no love around here, man? I picked up their greatest hits CD last year and it's awesome! They have a whole bunch of older stuff (pre-disco) that is really good....."I Started a Joke" and "How Can You Mend a Broken Heart" are classic! 274325 Truthfully, the pre-staying alive stuff was very good. Lonely days, EverymChristian Lion Hearted.....but stay away from the high pitched crap they evolved into.
