Unless they changed that rule which I doubt. That would mean the Bills would have to be playing a day game on Thanksgiving. Although I would classify that as a primetime game but maybe he isn't.

9/30 was confirmed correct.  Boyst was incorrect w/ W3 (it's really W4).
