thunderingsquid Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 (edited) There has been a lot of debate on here that boils down to two things. Where do you stand? Go on the record. I'm all for swinging for the fences and going for Darnold Rosen or Mayfield. FWIW, I searched 5 pages of topics and could not find anything similar. If missed something then please flame on, Mods. BuffaloBillyG Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Trade up. Of course just in that camp it's split as well between the "trade the farm" and go to 2 and the "sell a few tractors and a couple cows" and move to 6-9 people. 2

Kirby Jackson Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 I hate to be the guy in the “it depends” crowd but the price matters to me. My ideal scenario at this point is 6 or 7 and still getting Rosen. 3 1
rodneykm Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Man, I get both sides of the argument. Trade up and take a shot for a franchise QB we've all long wanted in Buffalo...or stay put and replenish the roster with talent. I am with the trade up group because I feel like we've tried the other way all to often and it hasn't worked out too well for us. Its time to take our shot. 2 1
MarkAF43 Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 go get your guy as long as the cost is manageable.
Cheektowaga Chad Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 I'm in for the trade up group. You dont get this type of ammo to not take a shot 1

He was my favorite a couple months ago but Darnold and Rosen have grown on me. I am a fan of his play I just think he looks like an azs clown with that stoopid head band! 1

Only way it makes sense to give up what it would take to get to 2 is if we think the Jets are going to take "our guy" whomever that may be. 1
Watkins101 Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Im not too keen on moving up unless Mayfield or Darnold falls to 6-7, then I think we should move up before it is too late. 1
DefenseWins Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 F*** the price... Go get the QB Beane thinks is Best...
BuffaloMatt Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 I said stay put if it's move up to two. Too expensive. Move up to 6. More acceptable. 1
jjmac Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 I'm staying put. My philosophy is that you trade up only if you have a guy you know can and will start on Day 1. To me, that means a Manning (either one) or a Luck. I don't see that in this draft.

noacls Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 I voted stay put but it also depends on assets your giving up. For me, next years 1st is non- starter. No matter who QB is team will regress. I think it wil be a top 10 pick. 2
Devilmann Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Go get the QB for sure!! We can get more guys with the leftover picks this year then we have a lot of ? for free agency and then the draft. Let McCarron be the tackling dummy for the year until the OL gets addressed.
