zoid8jr Posted April 19, 2018 Share Posted April 19, 2018 Agree, Peterman was a "fish out of water" in SD but his quick release was something I wanted out of Taylor since day 1 and never saw. It is a necessary trait of a starting QB and Peterman has the stones to let it fly. Like pretty much ALL of them. They do it so they can continue to get paid, and they hope it works out. The likelihood of Peterman even becoming mediocre is pretty low, yet some here seemed to have made some personal investment in his success. It's weird. But Nasty Nate and his worst half by a QB in the history of football is a whole nuther story. Maybe he'll get better, but I'd take the chance that he doesn't and look elsewhere. Even some of the greats start out shaky. So why can't NP improve to be a competent quarterback? I say let it play out, red dog says kill him.
