You misunderstood my comment. The numbers are slightly misleading in that you can't just say 5 prospects, so it'a $100k a piece. The Bills aren't paying $40,000 for each player they scout at the combine and another $25,000 per player at the senior bowl. $40k pays for the entire combine. Etc.
