Will Rosen be Tim Connelly by then?

Will you stop with the silliness by then?

Nevermind. I know better.  BTW, that's a fact!

Tim Murray criticisms were silly.

Greggo Marrone was silly.

Cuz Rex Sux was silly.

People with 115 threads over 3 years begging for Connor Cook is just fine.

I'll stick with silly.

There must be a trade finalized. I keep waiting for the trade up hype to calm down but it's going steady. Bills doing nothing to back away either. The disappointment will be massive if they don't trade up.

Although I'm not sure what would be more disappointing to the fans. Trading up for Allen or not trading up?

Your critiques are all personality driven because it's certainly not knowledge of football or hockey.   Connor Cook was a bum and most everyone knew that except Buffalo Barbarian.

Did Rex suck?

Did Marrone turn out caustic and arrogant just like Greggo?

Were the criticisms of Murray correct?

You defended Murray and Rex.  I can't remember your position on Marrone.  Your "knowledge" was wrong.

I think he's saying they should draft him in '18 and let him sit behind AJM for a year before starting him in '19.

Word.  I know a lot of people hate on Lamar, I’m not one of them.  I’d prefer to trade up for one of the big 3 (not Allen), but I think Jackson could be a dynamic player in this league.  Emphasis on could be.

He definitely could be after some additional development time.  I'm looking for a trade up as well, but Jackson at 12 would be fine with me if the can't pull it off.

The assumption that we will hit on those draft picks to fill said holes would be premature.

Id prefer to take the risk on hitting the QB spot.

It’s also an assumption we will not have any quality picks left once trading up.

you are making the assumption that the QB will not be Blake Bortles or Mark Sanchez.  Instead of putting all my eggs in one basket- I keep all my picks and thus have more chances to hit on

so build a complete team this draft and overpay for QB next year.  Lamar Jackson and MLB, G, WR, C, CB and $100M in 2019 sounds like an incredible future to me for our Bills!

Unfortunately that sounds more like a mediocre past because the Bills have been doing that same thing over and over. Settling for Jackson or Rudolph is basically doing the same thing we've been doing for close to 2 decades now and it's yielded one playoff appearance. Time to break from the norm and roll the dice

I do not understand how any fan of this team, fans of mediocrity at best regarding the QB position, can

honestly believe we are better off skipping a QB. This is the year to do it.

The strength of this draft by far is QB.

Cowardice.

Much less than that

The Bills projected 2019 cap space per spotrac is at this moment $63 million. Unless Jerry Hughes has a big season he can be cut for a dead cap amt of $3 million vs his roster cap space of $10 million for 2019 - a potential savings of $7 million to add to the Bills cap space for next year. And the NFL keeps expanding the cap by around $10 million annually. Sounds like a serious potential 2019 cap space of about $80 million to me...

And that is exactly correct. Get the QB first, the rest will follow.  How many different guards, wide receivers, linebackers, running backs, DTs have the Patriots had over the last decade? It didn't matter they had the quarterback.
