Buffalo Barbarian Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Ritchie finished his odd retirement post with I just want to be in the Hall of Fame. Is he over valuing himself or does he belong in the Hall ? Will his past keep him out ? 2
Rico Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Yes, with Jonathan Martin inducting him. The ultimate feel-good moment for the NFL. 10
ddaryl Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 he is not hall worthy........ it ain't happening. he was good for us but just not "that" good overall in his career
rodneykm Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 He's very, very good...but not elite for long enough. 1
DaBillsFanSince1973 Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 nope. but some bills fans may want to see him on the wall of fame...
dollars 2 donuts Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Reuben Brown is a 9 time pro-bowler and isn't even really mentioned too much. Sorry, Richie, not going to happen. 5
Da webster guy Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 This makes me think the guy has CTS or something. Tweeting a few days ago about being pumped for the season, then firing his agent on twitter, then saying his kidneys and liver are shutting down from stress (wha?), and talking about the HOF. It's like someone swiped our beloved #68 and replaced him with a malfunctioning clone. Personally I think he knows he has one year left and sees all the crazy money being paid out with these huge deals and looks at his $6M as half of what a pro bowl guard is worth. So he fires his agent, says he's retiring, and waits to see what the counter offer is for Richie. I say smart move. Squeeze out a couple more mil before you go. 1
MAJBobby Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 However i will say OL is very under represented in the Hall 1
Búfalo Blanco Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Maybe in the hall at the Alpha Beta frat house...
NoSaint Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 He was a mess for the rams decent but ended in disaster in Miami and had 3 very good seasons here Ignoring the Martin issue he’s still not even close
Happy Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Richie was a good Guard who really turned his career around, but not HOF worthy. 1
