Just Jack Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Will the Bills roll out the red carpet for him and have a press conference? Or will they just let him go with nothing but a press release saying we're sorry to see him leave?
rodneykm Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Can't see a presser being called for this honestly. 1
mead107 Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 (edited) Probably mead show Edited April 10, 2018 by mead107
NoSaint Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 The social media team is drafting up the official tweet
buffbill77 Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 I think the Bills front office is gonna be salty over this 1

CheshireCT Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 His exit was rather douchey, so I highly doubt they call a press conference for him. He played incredibly well for the Bills in the last few years, and managed to contain his douchiness while he was here, so I commend him for that. But he clearly hasn't changed in reality. Thanks for playing so well for the Bills Ritchie, you'll be missed.....though I highly doubt I would like you as a person, LOL.

row_33 Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 he'll have a presser when he gets in the Hall of Fame... 1 1
CuddyDark Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 It's different. Richie doesn't effect the cap. They can't cut Wood yet so they have to continue to have him around. If Wood happened next year they wouldn't have given him that much attention.
Just in Atlanta Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 I'd be shocked if they did. From a communications perspective, he's too much of an unknown. Will some snot-nosed reporter set him off? Plus, the way he retired, if in fact this is real, was not fitting for a press conference worthy player. That said, he got railroaded by the whole Martin affair. What a bunch of BS. I am glad he gave us three good years though. Hopefully, his health wasn't too affected.
freddyjj Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Might I suggest a broadcast from one of the Lakeside bars in Sunset Bay with Eric Wood and Richie holding court after a hot afternoon of throwing them back.
Kwai San Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 (edited) This. MIGHT. Happen. Might I suggest a broadcast from one of the Lakeside bars in Sunset Bay with Eric Wood and Richie holding court after a hot afternoon of throwing them back. Edited April 10, 2018 by Kwai San
John from Riverside Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 yes....via twitter....to match his twitter douchey ness
Steve Billieve Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 After the Wood presser I would not be inclined to have another one if I were the Bills. On top of that he's seems to be acting a little weird . . .
KW95 - JA17 Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 No presser, He is stressed out and his liver is shutting down. Might be a funeral instead!
