Ramza86 Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Just wondering what you guys think. Its a tough sell for me now. Imagine taking a guy like Rosen with health issues already and some key holes on the O line. Could be a rough year and a rough record. We could be giving up a high pick next year if the 2019 1st is offered. 1
N.Y. Orangeman Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 (edited) Absolutely. Edited April 10, 2018 by N.Y. Orangeman
26CornerBlitz Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Losing a LG to retirement cannot impact in any way the acquisition of a potential franchise QB. 7
maryland-bills-fan Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Of COURSE you just need a QB. Any street FA can play guard.

K D Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 just get Josh Rosen, whatever it takes. hopefully it won't take more than 12 and 22 but we'll have to wait and see 2
mead107 Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 How many picks can we get for our 12. Riley Ferguson will be available in the second. 1
ddaryl Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 I have no issue with doing whatever it takes to get a franchise QB as the draft gets closer I don't think we wil have to move up that far to get one. if it is cleveland at #4 then they are oging to want #12 and our 1st in 2019 IMO 1
rodneykm Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 I'd trade anything from THIS YEAR but not our 1st next year. I've got a feeling our next year pick will be pretty high. 3

Royale with Cheese Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 I would hate for Beane to say "lets bypass a potential franchise QB so we can get a starting guard in the 2nd round". 2
BillsFan130 Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Yep. He was a 35 year old guard. Good player of course, but the plan should still remain the same for me. Get a QB Just now, Royale with Cheese said: I would hate for Beane to say "lets bypass a potential franchise QB so we can get a starting guard in the 2nd round". Exactly this^
elltrain22 Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 We will be okay. This is a setback, no doubt, but we can sign a street FA that can do a serviceable job. Get the QB
nucci Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 (edited) They signed Bodine for Center and have Groy at Guard right now....they should still draft a QB Edited April 10, 2018 by nucci
Boatdrinks Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Just makes Ragnow a more likely pick in the 2nd or 3rd. Groy is a G/C . 1
LedyardCTbillsfan Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 (edited) We need to go up and get a franchise QB, we have to. With that being said, I certainty would not mind using our best pick left on an O-Linemen. We have to protect our investment (especially Rosen), we just can't let him get murdered by a combination of Groy ( a natural center) and Mills on the right side of the line. Someone like a Billy Price or Ragnow in the second round would be a big help for us. Edited April 10, 2018 by LedyardCTbillsfan
