Saxum Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 http://www.tmz.com/2018/04/09/packers-wr-trevor-davis-arrested-bomb-threat-lax/ Entry for knucklehead of the week - evidently his head full of cheese Law enforcement sources tell us the 24-year-old -- a 5th round draft pick out of Cal in 2016 -- was at the Hawaiian Airlines ticket counter with a female companion to check into a flight when the attendant asked the usual security questions about their luggage. Instead of playing it straight -- we're told Davis turned to the other woman and said, "Did you remember to pack the explosives?"
BadLandsMeanie Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 I hope he found the cavity search to be equally as humorous. 1
Numark3 Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 I mean it’s kinda funny. Pretty understandable lol 1

NoSaint Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 You would think as a packer he would be better about the contents of his luggage jokes aside- dumb comment but silly that quote catches someone charges 1

Bray Wyatt Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 this reminds me of the george carlin skit you cant joke about bombs on an airplane, but what about a riddle? What about a bomb anecdote? You know, no punchline, just a really short story about bombs? Are they prepared to make that distinction? 1
ToGoGo Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Is he the knucklehead, or is the system a joke? Make the people fear expressing themselves.
Blokestradamus Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 (edited) This is why I'm not allowed near airports. I'm a little off-white with a beard so suspicion is already through the roof. Would 10 out of 10 end up in Gitmo for being an awkward idiot Edited April 10, 2018 by Blokestradamus
Fadingpain Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Would love to have been there to see how the whole thing went down. The idiot here is the f-ing airline people not handling a joke in the appropriate manner. You give idiots a little power and they love to abuse it. Of course this was poor judgment on the meathead football player's part, but arresting the guy? Jesus Christ. This country...
SoCal Deek Posted April 10, 2018 Posted April 10, 2018 Whereas had he simply joked about blowing up the White House they’d be giving the guy his own nightly hour long show over at CNN
