(Update traded to Washington) Browns Kevin Hogan (QB) granted permission to seek trade.

I was okay with Kevin Hogan as a later round Quarterback.  I liked him more than I like Peterman last year put it that way.  I thought his ceiling was the kind of middling backup type but when he has played for Cleveland he hasn't even looked that..... albeit on a truly terrible team.

This is so funny to me; usually when you hear about a team granting permission for a player to seek a trade, it's a good, well-known player, not the 4th string QB.

Belichick will trade Brady for Hogan. He will be called a genius.

Brady will be out of the league by week 4 and the Patriots will win a Lombardi with Hogan.  The devil will keep cashing Belichick's cheques.

Cool we could offer #22 and save all the rest of those draft picks and build the team around him

A warning for those who want to fall in love with flawed prospects like Hogan. He was hyped as having these great intangibles and ridiculous stats etc etc, but he was flawed and here we are. Mid round quarterbacks are more likely to become Hogan than Brady.

Cut by KC and couldn't make anything happen with CLE.  How many 1st round picks should the bidding start at?

If a player can make anything happen in Cleveland, then they must be pretty valuable.
