speaking of propaganda, remember the anti smoking group truth?

they've released a new commercials that laments how 72% of smokers are from low income communities that are disproportionately affected by Big Tobaccos taxes.

Yes, because Big Tobacco is responsible for the high tobacco taxes imposed on low income communities

The Half-Truth is still around? Their bullschiff got old 10 years ago.

Besides, word has it that smoking pot cures cigarette-caused cancers, so what's the big deal?

Primary source material - in a thread about Nunes - is only a bad thing to asshats who continually miss the point in their eagerness to snipe.

Mm hmm. And you can see no reason why Nunes might not be a reliable primary source?

Of course, his idea of "primary source material" is whatever he pulls out of gary's hat...

LA Asshat still missing the point.

I'll type slow...

His reliability can only be judged by his actions - which include his own public statements. A child understands this. Posting his public statements, in a thread about the man, is not passing judgment on his reliability. It's adding relevant new information to the pot in order to judge him, and his narrative, as a whole. Excluding that material because you've already decided you know everything about him already doesn't make you an intellectual. It makes you a fool.

You're interested in pre-packed, "authority" approved news stories that do not require you to do any thinking for yourself or research. That's laziness passed off as intellectual elitism. The worst combination since fries and mayo. I'm interested in finding the truth as best I can discern it - even if that requires doing actual thinking and research for myself.

That's the difference between you and me. You're an intellectual slave who thinks he's free - that makes you both an easy target and useful idiot.

Now, !@#$ off.

The problem with the FISC request to put Page and his contacts under surveillance isn't with Nunes, it's with either the FBI, the DOJ or the judge or some combination of the 3.  It's quite apparent it was done for nefarious purposes rather than due to high suspicion and evidence that Page was in fact an active spy against his country.  Meanwhile the FBI continues to stonewall the request for supporting documentation.

Millions of viewers of Sinclair stations have no idea that they’re watching conservative editorials rather than normal local news — giving the company incredible power to persuade viewers.

New headline: "Oh no, conservatives are doing what we do, stop them!"
