Talked with a Browns fan today.....yeah he admitted it.  His scenario.....No 1st round QB.....Draft 2 studs with 1 &.4.....all in & more weapons for TT......Build around Tyrod.

he blew it late games all the time.. and wasn't a good fit with our personnel

Mostly because our offensive personnel sucks. Book's still out IMO. The Browns are going to give him the best offense he's had as a starter, if he fails there, then he can't cut it as a starter. Our offense needs a stud quarterback to carry the team because no one else can cut it short of Shady. The Browns simply need a capable quarterback if their draft pans out on the offensive side.

I think both teams did the right thing.

I thought we were done with the April Fools threads.

April Fools?  I know quite a few of them, but it's an all year thing.

The Bills won that trade, getting a 3rd.

The Browns are drafting a QB for a reason.

We're going into Tyrod's 8th year in the league ... the jury's in. But Tyrod will serve a good purpose there, bridge and backup.

sure he'll be a bridge. But he's also in line for a career year with the offense he could have around him. Browns have been making moves babee.

Yeah, maybe. Might throw more passes, for instance.

But he'll still be Tyrod. The jury's in.

Taylor is an upgrade over what the Browns had, and if he wins even just a handful of games, it'll be a great improvement over what fans have had to endure for several years.  However, the Browns management has probably figured out that fans will get tired of mediocrity before long.  They will draft a QB in the first round.

There's also Bills fans that say we should keep are picks and build around AJ McCarron. Both AJ & Tyrod are backups

But I assume this person has actually seen TT play for 3 years, and still says it. AJ fans are just full of pure hope due to the unknown.
