Trust the process is the catch phrase. The words have meaning when you follow up on them. Then it's not about you trusting the process. It's about the process trusting you. That is because you have learned and lived the process. You can be accountable. Then trust the process has meaning.

 

So far this coach has lived by his word and exectuted his process. I believe it's more then just a catch phrase with this HC.
