/dev/null
Chinese satellite Tiangong-1, roughly the size of a bus, is out of control and is estimated to crash to Earth on April 1st. No joke. Happy Easter Current projections are that it will land in the Pacific Ocean. However the path could spread debris or even crash on land anywhere in the northern hemisphere https://www.space.com/40154-chinese-space-station-crash-pacific-ocean-prediction.html

Wacka
When it was launched, its maximim latitude while in orbit was 43 degrees, so that's as far north as it can go.

Unless it was launched by a clown standing on a beach ball at the South Pole. Then it can go anywhere.
