NewEraBills Posted March 30, 2018 Posted March 30, 2018 Wouldn't mind taking a flyer on Walford if the price is low. 1

Had a decent 2016 campaign with 33 receptions and 3 TD's. A little over 300 yards I think. Not bad. Plus he's still rather young and a good blocker too. 1 minute ago, Buffalo Bills Detective said: Just about to say that a LOT of Bills fans wanted Walford a couple years ago. HappyDays Posted March 30, 2018 Posted March 30, 2018 (edited) This is a total Jon Gruden move. I really think he's going to be a terrible coach. The Bills should try and sign King, he's an upgrade on Schmidt for sure. Edited March 30, 2018 by HappyDays 1

It's BEYOND doubtful that he would even waste one brain cell on thinking of coming here.

blacklabel Posted March 30, 2018 Posted March 30, 2018 Both these guys will have interest from a number of teams. I could see Buffalo having interest in Walford. Clay has the knee issues and a hefty contract, O'Leary and Thomas aren't bad but competition is huge for McDermott so adding a guy like Walford isn't the worst idea ever.

Neither will be teamless for long.

Pasaluki Posted March 30, 2018 Posted March 30, 2018 Our punter is fine imo not worth wasting money on King. The TE though...
LABILLBACKER Posted March 30, 2018 Posted March 30, 2018 Chucky doesn't stand a chance. Stupid move releasing a top 10 punter. I'd consider him since we'll need a better punter during this rebuild. 4
GunnerBill Posted March 30, 2018 Posted March 30, 2018 To be fair I hate King as well. Good punter... but comes across as a "me" guy not a "we" guy... and he is the punter. I'd bring Walford in for a look though.
Blokestradamus Posted March 30, 2018 Posted March 30, 2018 Give me Marquette King and you can draft Josh Allen. I don't give a ****. Just get me Marquette! 1
H2o Posted March 30, 2018 Posted March 30, 2018 I think Walford would be a unanimous vote for being worth a shot if he's cheap.
Big Turk Posted March 30, 2018 Posted March 30, 2018 King is a fantastic punter...Schmidt is good but he would be an upgrade no question...
