Hold your horses...this dude is a 7th rounder that has exactly 1 sack in his entire career. Depth if anything, but it does make you wonder... Royale with Cheese
He has 1 sack in 4 years and 55 tackles. Hes strictly depth if signed or may not make the 53.
MrEpsYtown
Poor man's Shaq Lawson. Similar size and such, a 4-3 base end basically. Fits teh mold of the typical McDermott end. Likely a depth player. If they went ahead and signed like Kony Ealy, I would think someone was on the move. This not so much.

TigerJ
This may be a due diligence kind of thing. His agent contacted the Bills saying he was underutilized had has good athleticism. The Bills figure they might as well take a look. He would be cheap, his contract would be less than that of Davis I presume - most likely vet minimum. The Bills signed Eddie Yarbrough last year and didn't pay him a whole lot, but Yarbrough did some good things. You never know when you might dig up a gem, so you keep digging.

So no, He is not better. Will likely be cheaper and maybe has some upside. Minimum salary type player.
