Other than lots of Bills fans are not good at identifying/seeing QB talent... Good point. Some loved TT and kept hoping he’d get better all the while claiming others can’t get better.

The fact there are four, maybe 5 in this draft class is what stands out... or it could be a year like EJ/geno draft where there isn't a single good nfl qb to be had. 1
Pete Posted March 25, 2018 Posted March 25, 2018 One of these tomato cans will have a great senior bowl game and some on here will say we should trade two years of draft picks to draft him
peterpan Posted March 25, 2018 Posted March 25, 2018 The Giants GM is new isn't he? I would hope he is thinking long term. That to me means taking a QB while you have the 2nd pick in the draft, AND have the very rare luxury of him sitting behind a potential HOFer for two years. Fact is, if their new GM ever goes 3-13 and drafts in the top 2 again, he will be fired.....

Geno Smith, Matt Barkley, Ryan Nassib, Jimmy Clausen were all guys who were projected numerous times as first round picks. A lot of Bills fans would have been happy with any of them as our 1st rounder the years those guys came out. Not exactly. Mel Kiper's final mock had no QBs projected in round one, with the Bills going OL with their first pick. Nassibs name was thrown around as a possibility for the Bills by a few draft guys ( not in round one though) due to the Marrone connection. Most experts had 2013 as a very poor year to be drafting a QB.

auburnbillsbacker Posted March 25, 2018 Posted March 25, 2018 Wait, next years QB class is always better than the current group.
