I don’t know what Richie’s new cap hit is but iirc he didn’t take an actual cut, just converted to SB to lower cap hit. I thought Kyle was $6M. As for RI, they said they didn't add any years on and he's in his last year so they can't covert base salary to SB. That says pay cut to me. Oh and if the Bills trade up to #2, their rookie pool should be much lower.

Ugghh... We do not need 10 mil for the rooks. We need like 6. Rule of 51/53 says its only the difference in salaries essentially. The rooks will account for 10 mil of cap but we do not need 10 mil to sign them cause we already have players signed that will get bumped off.

Buffalo_Stampede Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 I don't think they even inquire about him. Bills aren't in the WR market, even more reason to believe they aren't trading up for a QB.

Marquise Lee Donte Moncrief Dede Westbrook Keelan Cole (was under the radar good last season) Corey Grant Austin Sefarian-Jenkins Respectfully disagree, this is a pretty young and impressive WR corp. IMO they should've kept A-Rob and avoided that Moncrief signing. Don't know what that was all about. But Hurns was definitely lowest on the totem pole. Correct me if I am wrong but I think Keelan Cole quietly led all of their WRs in Yards and tied for TD's. Id love to pry Cole or Westbrook from them (Dede is very talented but not a McD type of guy) I'd settle for Hurns but I don't think he's that great. He'd compete for WR3 with the Bills. Rather draft 1 or 2 WR's instead.

NewEra Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 Can’t imagine we have the money to sign him unless we loaded up the cap hit next year. Would love him, but not getting my hopes up. The jets have boatloads of cash.
