Are the Bills one of the slowest teams in the NFL? WR,LB, RB,? No WR to open the top of the defense ( will hinder Benjamin getting open)  no LB to go side line to side line or help in coverage. RB Shady is shifty and quick, but straight speed he is not elite. Speed wins at all levels and the Bills are certainly missing that.

Losing Preston Brown and his 4.86 will go along way to helping team speed. I like our defensive speed. Our offensive speed isn't great, but I'm not sure it is the most important thing in the E-P system. That said I do think we need to have someone like Deonte Thompson on the roster.

The Bills are very slow as a team. Shady however had one of the fastest times in the league last year though in that next gen speed stats. He’s plenty fast.

This

while the Bills as a whole may not possess the speed of teams past

Shady is definitely not part of that group.. as far as starting NFL RBs shady is right up there

McCoy, Ivory, Cadet, and Taiwan Jones are all 29 or older when the season begins. That's a lot of mileage on a position where newer is almost always better.

Yep.

Tre white, poyer and Hyde are pretty fast too.

That's what killed Tyrod last season.

We dumped Goody and Watkins and left one of the best longball throwers in the league with a dink dunk Dennison playbook.   Not a huge surprise that we scored 3 points on Jax in the playoffs and the Steelers scored over 40.

Goodwin would have gotten eaten up by Ramsey and Bouye and Watkins probably would have twisted his ankle. We lost that game because Preston Brown sucks, we got no interior pressure, and Tyrod missed a ton of open guys. Luckily, our front office has decided to make changes in all three of those areas.

Lots of reasons we lost.   I wouldn't blame the defense at all, they went on the road in the playoffs and held a team to 10 points.   The two key plays in that game were KB pushing off on 1st and goal at the one, and Clay's huge drop.  Neither one of them Tyrods fault, although he definitely missed some opportunities on other plays.  It's the reason he's in Cleveland now.  3 points is absurd, that Jax defense wasn't that good.

That's a pretty wild guess. I bet if you average the 40 times of all NFL rosters ours would be average.
