If you read all my post you would realize I'm fine with taking him at 12.

That’s cool but I don’t get the polarization with this player overall - not with you

I am higher on Rudolph than most... but he is definitively not the best Quarterback prospect in this draft and he will not be the first off the board.

I think the Bills at #22 (if they haven't managed to make things happen above that) is his ceiling in the draft (ie. earliest he will go). Pittsburgh and New England at the bottom of round 2 is what I see as his floor.

I hope Rudolph is there at 22.  If he makes it to 31 the Pats will find Brady's successor.

It is interesting to note that the press reported that the Pats tried unsuccessfullly to sign McCarron.........glad we got that deal done in any event.

That has proven to be false.

...first taken?...no IMO.....a derogatory assessment of his skill set and potential?....NO again.....then again, I hope Hugh takes a punter.....

I think Mason Rudolf should have painted his nose red at the combine.

He would have attracted much more attention. His stock would rise due to the warm feelings of hope from pairing him with the beloved Christmas classic.
