78thealltimegreat Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 Hey guys I used to post under SuperMario at the old Bills message board and recently was recommended this is the place to be so nice to be here...... If the Giants truely want to much for the 2 pick what is really wrong with sitting at 12 and taking L Jackson? The guy was a walking offensive machine at Louisville....Since we really are one of the teams that is going to control Day 2 of the draft If we don’t get our guy why can’t we just keep moving picks around to keep getting more picks? 4
Success Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 Everyone got “top 5” fever after the Cincy trade. The spell will break. We’re still in a great spot. 2
Augie Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 That’s all fine, IF they see Lamar Jackson as a true Franchise QB. That is a large IF.
Magox Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 Welcome to the board. As intriguing as Lamar is I'm not sold on him. But if Beane picks him I will trust the process and roll with it.
John from Riverside Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 I am thinking of him as more of a at 22 guy while getting a lb that fits beanies d at 12 3
TigerJ Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 I'm not terribly worried. I'm not sure what Beane is really thinking, but there are always options and alternatives. Nobody truly knows which players are going to have hall of fame careers and which are going to bust. That being true, why fret about things you can't control? 1

Chicken Boo Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 Remember how good Vince Young was at Texas, Tebow at Florida or Manziel at A&M? This ain't college and Lamar isn't near polished enough to bet your future on with the 12th overall pick. You guys really can't envision how he's going to struggle at the NFL level? Really?! 1
Madmax09 Posted March 17, 2018 Posted March 17, 2018 I agree. I think it's ridiculous what the jets gave up to move 3 spots. I'm so glad we did not make that move.

Virgil Posted March 18, 2018 Posted March 18, 2018 Everyone who wants a QB picks before 21. If we don’t trade up, I’m not taking a QB until round 2 at the earliest

JAMIEBUF12 Posted March 18, 2018 Posted March 18, 2018 Bills could draft best players available and maybe day two draft a luke falk or mason rudolph? If they focus on a middle linebscker wide receiver and a right tackle or right guard that might not be so bad??? 1

Welcome to the board friend! I wouldn’t be mad if we took Jackson with the 22 pick. I think 12 is too early for him to go right now.
