The area still has the flavor and charm it always did..and it's safe.Can you say that about the west side..the east side or the Lovejoy District? Kaisertown,much like So-B-Low (Old First Ward) has suffered from aging people dying off..so many duplexes are now rentals and not owner/living dwellings...but both areas still kick ass...corner gin mills can't be beat.p.s.-Wiechec's fish frys  still rock..

Yes I do, was never a big disco guy but Fibbers had the ladies, Skyroom above the old theater.

Heacock park. Used to hang around the y yard and play tackle football in that park sometimes as a kid.
