I recently bought a new electric smoker although I’ve only used it once on a few fatties and 2 racks of ribs. It’s jist been too cold and I don’t feel like messing with it u til it’s warmer out. I haven’t even cleaned it from the first experience and I’ve got bacon and cheese all over it right now. But im gonna cook something for sure. I’ve done so much in the past, I always like to do something different each year. Well see this year.
