Notice how everyone against this has less than 1000 posts.  Don't think that is coincidence.

I think the reputation requirement is a good idea. I'm a newbie here, but truth is some of these threads are made by children. I post on other forms, mainly music forums and there are nowhere near as many stupid people as there are here. It takes skill to play an instrument, the stupid people get weeded out, thus on music message boards you generally deal with smarter people because there's a litmus test. But here? Any retard with the age or IQ of a shoe size can start threads.

Agree 100% with the rep idea. 50-100 rep points before you can start a new topic would weed out a lot of duplicate threads and it's not too hard on the new guys who actually contribute.

Why don't one of you people who strolled on in here and love:

1) Starting another thread discussed in 5 other ones already

2) Make the title subject line look as though it is fact (when it is just an idiotic opinion)

3) Make a topic about trades like a Bills 4th rounder for Drew Brees

Go create your own site and bring all of the people with you who love doing the above.

Seriously, this site is becoming impossible to sift through the crap

Or you simply learn how to ignore stuff on the internet that annoys you?

Leonard Johnson, Zay Jones, and a 5th rounder for Carson Wentz.

Thoughts?

A 5th? Are you insane? You don't overpay for talent like Wentz.

A 2019 6th should get it done.

Wow. Total melt down by OP haha. It's ok for anyone to post. However, to start a thread, a member has to reach a certain level to unlock that ability.

uh, meltdown? No....just trying to make this board readable again.

There needs to be a post/likes limit before you can post new threads. A lot of other forum have that and would be easy to implement. If after you have been around for a while and you still haven't learned you can't do that then you get banned.

I have said this a few times these past few days.

Everyone should know the rules. Follow them or take the consequences of getting a time out.

Sure people can call us names for suggesting this but it is the truth.

Not to mention those who won’t post in a thread because they don’t like the creators and start a new thread with a slightly different name and post the same duplicate stuff there.

/rant.

In all fairness, multiple ongoing redundant threads has always been a hallmark of this forum.

That's nothing new.

Rep points won’t do if all 50 are negative.

Not because anyone here with any common sense likes 10 threads on the same subject matter.

More because the few without any common sense refuse to continue an already ongoing discussion.

thread starting trolls ...

I will readily admit I am one can short of a six pack. However posting here makes me come across as sane.
