Ittakestime
I am confused on how sitting a year will benefit Allen? He needs to work on accuracy and his footwork when he is pressured. Not sure how sitting and watching will improve those.
zonabb
I'll go on record, which I am sure others have stated on TBD, that he goes #1. Cleveland's move to grab TT was to keep the team moving ahead as they build and draft their way ahead, knowing full well they're not close to a playoff team and turning over an 0-16 team, even with FA acquisitions and draftees to a rookie QB would kill the guy. If the talent is what everyone says, and the issues can be resolved with coaching, then he's their guy. And what cements if for me was their claim that TT is the starter the whole year. You don't likely need to sit either Rosen or Darnold the entire season.

OldTimer1960
I think that Allen is the most risky prospect of the top QBs, but his supporting cast was so weak it is hard for me to hold his completion % against him. If he ends up in a good situation, he could become outstanding. Of course, he could also never get his accuracy issues fixed and bomb out. i would certainly understand if the Bills were to draft him.
