Chuck Wagon Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Maybe they know there won't be a QB at 6.....

I started a thread about the high cost of QBs. I'm saying I never would of thought that for McCown. The Jets had him signed for 6 million last year!
LA Grant Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Crap. McCown was my preferred bridge QB. Jets will definitely draft a QB and maybe even move up to do so. HOPEFULLY, they stay at 6, and take Jackson or Mayfield.... while the Bills move to 3 or 4 to take Rosen.

ColoradoBills Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 I would think the McCarron signing doesn't stop the Jet's from moving up if they want.

Tyrod's friend Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 (edited) Sort of a Minnesota/Philly thing going on ... two or three good starting QBs, none of whom are expensive. Edited March 13, 2018 by Tyrod's friend

Where is he going to go then? If not Buffalo, he has almost no chance of competing for a starting job.

Jacksonville just signed Bortles to a big extension. Arizona just signed Bradford for $20 million per year. Cleveland has Tyrod and whatever rookie they draft. Miami is paying Tannehill. Jets have McCown and whatever rookie they draft. None of those teams will offer him starting money or a legitimate chance at the starting job.
