Would love for that to happen. May take a little more money than the Jets payed him last year. One year for 7 million or so would be fine with me.
N.Y. Orangeman Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 (edited) I'll be surprised if they go QB. Keenum is only 30 and expects to be a starter. Edited March 13, 2018 by N.Y. Orangeman

transplantbillsfan Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Good.. he's probably getting way overpaid.

Brianmoorman4jesus Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 I wouldnt worry about them drafting a qb either way. We are moving ahead of them. 1 1
Buffalo_Stampede Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Schefter said the Broncos signed Keenum to be their QB of the present and future. I don't trust anyone at this point though. Broncos could try and bluff.

ndirish1978 Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Wait for the contract. If they sign him for $20 million/yr, which is reportedly what he was looking for, and for more than three years, they're not drafting a quarterback 1

Max Fischer Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 Bradford is a process QB. IMO, a great fit and bridge QB. Natural talent, very smart and possible coach material that could help groom drafted QB. I’ve always been a big fan and wondered how he would have turned out if not oft injured.
eball Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 The Cordy deal removed Denver from being a concern for the Bills in the QB market. If Buffalo is really targeting one of the top guys they were going to get ahead of Denver anyway. For that reason, it's possible the Bills actually helped push Denver to sign Keenum. I'm very happy Buffalo (apparently) didn't pursue Keenum...I think last year was an anomaly and he will prove to be mediocre at best.
H2o Posted March 13, 2018 Posted March 13, 2018 The question is does the signing of Keenum signal that Denver is more comfortable throwing their weight behind him than any rookie in this class? We won't know until we see the guaranteed money. More guarantees = more of a commitment. If it's more than a year's salary then they are out of the sweepstakes at the top of the draft imo. They may still grab a guy in the 2nd, but not in the top 5.
