It didn't cost them a pick to move up. Plus there is no guarantee that Giants or Indy will agree. Giants wanted Glenn, opps. Why would Indy play when they want Chubbs?

......and Beane says he loved his draft picks.  Does he love a top QB more?

I am not of the feeling Bills need to trade up any farther. At 12 they can get several really good players. Drafts never go as expected and Free Agency has allot to offer in QB's. Bills will definetly get a QB in Free Agency who will play next year and maybe one more year. I think Bills will sit at 12 and expect a QB falls to them and my bet is they are counting on Allen and will also take Jackson. They want worldly athletic talent and a project with huge upside. Both these guys fit that and won't have to start. If this falls though they will get a DT or DE whoever grades out better.

Actually, they can only get one very good player. They did not trade up to 12 to pick Lamar Jackson. They're going to move up further.

Anyone but Rosen! The first pass in the video highlights of Rosen I saw is an intercepted pass in the NFL. Many of his passes in the highlight reel are picks in the NFL.

Mayfield or Darnold.

I feel the Bills will move up this year. Just not into the top five because I think If they were going to the number two spot they would have used Glenn to trade up with the NY Giants who are in dire need of a quality tackle.

However, they might go up to that number four spot if the right guy for them is still there. Both Rosen and Darnold are ready to start from day one...I just don't like either one. I prefer Mayfield and Allen in which Mayfield can start from day one, Allen might need to sit and develop a bit.

I doubt they pick at 12. Sound like they want to continue moving up.

Maybe then they could get Giants to take McCoy and 12 and 65, Giants want a RB. We are not getting to 2 unless we give up everything. The Bills have 6 positions they need with approximately 35-39mil of cap space. They have very few backups. This team needs at least 4 picks in the top 3 rounds. Your spending everything they have to get Rosen or Darnold. You have NO idea who Cleveland is taking at 1. Bills move up they will not wait till 4 to take a QB.

Why would beane do all this work over the last year for the long game only to stop at 12 and not guarantee they get their man.

Dont be foolish, OP.

They had no idea they could even get to 12 and that pick isn't ours till Glenn passes a physical.

At #12... they trade up to #2 and pick QB Josh Rosen.

There is no other answer.

They're not trading McCoy

It’s not about several good players at 12.

It’s about getting an elite QB.

The probability of that is much less likely staying put.

Fasten your seatbelt, brother.

Just like George and Weezy of The Jeffersons Buffalo is moving on up baby to the top of the draft no way we pick at number 12 that was just a step.

They better be ready for Cleveland to take who you want. No way you accept either Rosen or Darnold. You don't lose that much collateral to have that happen to you. Moving to 3 will cost you 12, 22, and 65. Getting 2 will cost you 12, 22 maybe a 1st next year or your highest 2nd pick. Plus you lost a starting right tackle.

If Cleveland goes QB, the Giants will take Barkley or there will be a deal in place for us to move up to #2 for Rosen or Darnold, Giants go to 3 and take Barkley and load up on extra picks.
