Marcellus Rivers isn't better than our current te's, but adding him to our special teams would only make us stronger in that area of the game. Nothing wrong with solid depth, however we still need a legit te,who can stretch the field, if we can get the oline fixed in free agency I'd like to draft alex smith out of stanford. Britbillsfan Posted March 11, 2005 Share Posted March 11, 2005 Not only would he be a considerable help to our TE depth situation where all we have are a pair of injured players but his ST play would allow us to get rid of one of our expensive ST safeties without a drop off in ST play (Wire or Prioleau).
