Of course I did." And repeat the exact prosecution theory of the crime, and it wouldn't make a difference. He can't be re-tried for it.

They were sending a message to the LAPD and DA office. The deliberated for 9 hours for a months long trial with a lot of technically complex evidence. That means they deliberated long enough to het dinner in addition to lunch one more time.
