Almost every thread it comes up somewhere. they start in the 3rd and you can pick up multiple extra picks in rds 4,5,6 &7 as well. That is great draft capital as they are now tradeable - makes it much easier to accumulate some picks to move around and not lose your standard 7 picks...They are great!

Vlad apparently was despite being whipping boy for the wall. He was cited by many knowledgeable sources as playing better than his replacement in that terrible OL scheme, a scheme we will probably still have since OL coach / run game coordinator is still here.

Id rather sign a good free agent and not worry if signing said player will cost them a 6th round comp pick. We are not talking about 6th round comp picks. We are talking about 3rd round comp picks. 3rd round picks are GOLD. They get you a #1 WR like K Benjamin or a starting QB. You don't throw them away for less than avg players like Davis Ducasse Holmes etc etc.......

Its not an obsession, the people who bring it up clearly understand that the Front Office is going to do this, that’s why it keeps getting brought up. I laugh at people on here who talk about going after Dontari Poe or Star L.They aren’t going to spend 12-14 mill annually for these guys. Expect lower bargained guys or guys who have been cut. That’s clearly the M.O. of this Front Office at least for this year
