Buffalo_Gal Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 I will be sorry to see him go. When he is healthy, he is damned good. 5
apuszczalowski Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 What wojld the bills get for tb tampering? 1 1
oldmanfan Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 Like to see him stay but Davis is a more than adequate replacement
JoeF Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 Nice Comp pick if this annual contract value is true....
IgotBILLStopay Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 Isnt this tampering? They should take one of Tampa's late draft picks and give em to the Bills:)
Virgil Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 If it’s less than 9 mil, I’ll be annoyed we let him go. We were a much better defense with him on the field. 2

Agents have already begun sending out feelers and gauging interest and speaking of possible contract parameters with teams. This is the way it has been forever, why so surprised? 1
apuszczalowski Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 Because they league has not opened the legal tampering period yet, it would technically be tampering at this point if they have a deal worked out already. Doesn't matter if "it has been done for years"
Ittakestime Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 8 million in a year is a good value seeing how we could paying Vontae Davis that

BADOLBILZ Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 If EJ Gaines wants to become a Pro Bowl player(and I have no reason to think he does) then I think this would be a bad move. He strikes me as a guy who plays up to the level of his teammates effort and TB is kind've a diseased organization. But no state income taxes and great weather and scenery to enjoy all that time spent nursing injuries.

Doesn't matter if "it has been done for years" Let it go....the NFL does. How many players have moved in free agency the last 10 years? How many teams have been slapped with tampering fines? Enough said. Remember when the Bills signed freaking Jason Whittle one minute into free agency that year? Alot happened in that minute didn't it? lol
gonzo1105 Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 I’ll say this, if he has a deal in place already, it’s going to be for huge money. No guy would commit this early unless he was getting some bank!
nucci Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 Tampering doesn't exist anymore...well it exists but it's allowed now. No longer an issue
