McCarron is the only "veteran backup" I'd want

Bridgewater,  Bradford, Glennon are equally (if not better) choices....The biggest concern with Bridgewater is his injury...and then there is Nick Foles that could be had via Trade

But what will those guys cost? I don't know but I am asking you guys because I think it matters how much they cost.

I think Peterman can do it actually. But you can't be sure until we see him not have historically horrible games.

That would be a very. very big risk.

He wasn't bad in the Colts game. He also wasn't bad in mop up duty in other games.

Derek Anderson would be the equivalent of Mike Tolbert at QB.

Anderson as a backup isn't bad. He does have a connection to Daboll and Beane so if connect dots it makes sense.

The failsafe is Nate Peterman and a year of tanking.

Derek Anderson gets the starting job at the twilight of his career.

Pure guesswork but he will be be cheap and they know him and plainly they have some kind of failsafe QB in mind.

He actually started before and was a pro-bowl alternate and played in Pro Bowl when T*m Br*dy was too busy to go for he was getting a pedicure.  He has playoff experience and less interceptions in playoffs than Nate.
