Browns Acquire CB Damarious Randall from Green Bay in exchange for QB Deshone Kizer

Recommended Posts

Packers acquired DeShone Kizer from the Browns in exchange for CB Damarious Randall.

The deal also includes a pick swap. With Tyrod Taylor coming in and an early-round rookie likely to follow, the writing was on the wall for Kizer in Cleveland. That said, this move is likely a blessing for the 2017 second-round pick, who will get a chance to develop behind one of the best quarterbacks in the game. Despite his rocky rookie season, the book is not closed on Kizer as a starting quarterback. With Kizer on board, the Packers could look to move on from Brett Hundley, who was overmatched as a starter last season.

....think the Dorsey hire will definitely prove to be a smart move............

I don’t know - these moves reek of the Sabres trying to rebuild - they had so much cap room and assets that they gave away to much for not enough return.

Landry, TT are really one year deals - gave up 3rd and multiple picks for Landry.

I think they will will look back in 2 years and ask why did we waste so many picks for guys no longer on the team.

I think they are getting eaten alive in these trades.  Both the Bills and Dolphins were desperate to get rid of the players and the Browns gave up good assets for them.  At least last year they took on the osweiler contract and got the picks - We will see, but this to me has been a bad/bad day from the Browns long term.
