Zebrastripes Posted March 8, 2018 Posted March 8, 2018 I have to go qb foe all the choices. No matter how great a receiver is they can't win a game by themselves. After all they need to have a good qb to get them the ball. 3
ddaryl Posted March 8, 2018 Posted March 8, 2018 (edited) Unless you have an better than average QB already on the roster having a stud WR is pratically useless Edited March 8, 2018 by ddaryl 2

He is very good receiver, but that still didn't do anything for them in the terms of winning.

DefenseWins Posted March 8, 2018 Posted March 8, 2018 They say that "a great QB makes everyone around him better". Never heard that said about WR's...
Luxy312 Posted March 8, 2018 Posted March 8, 2018 Any of the QB's would be a significant upgrade over Tyrod, so I would say all of the QB's. I'm not a huge fan of Dalton and think that Alex Smith just blew his proverbial you know what with his play this last year. Regardless, a WR isn't going to single handed win you games.

Mike Evans or Winston? Tyreek Hill or Alex Smith? Michael Thomas or Drew Brees? Expand I'm not going to account for age, because a handful of these guys are way past their prime. Green, Roethlisberger, Ryan, Manning, Winston, Smith, Brees The only time I picked the receiver was with Cincinnati. In this case, you have an elite receiver with a very average quarterback. I almost considered Tampa Bay, but only because I'm not very impressed with Winston. Right now, he's below average. But he still has time to turn it around.
Mark Vader Posted March 8, 2018 Posted March 8, 2018 Green. Big Ben. Matt Ryan. Odell. Winston. Tyreek Hill. Drew Brees.

Expand Pete's still trying to sell BPA over trying to get your franchise QB. Sorry Pete.........just doesn't actually work. Matt Ryan was there long before Julio........and just like LT with Drew Brees.......Julio will probably be talking about Matt Ryan as a gameday analyst on Sundays when Ryan is still playing winning football in the NFL. QB trumps all........by A LOT. 2

Odell or Eli? Mike Evans or Winston? Tyreek Hill or Alex Smith? Michael Thomas or Drew Brees? Expand For me, I take the WR every time except Brees. Everyone of those wideouts can take the top off the defense(except MT) and 6 of those will win 50/50 balls. The Bills offense lacked both last season. Give Tyrod a true #1 and our offense would be much better
