bills6969 Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 (edited) I think he's the best QB in the draft. Has an arm like Rodgers. Only thing I question is his football IQ? Hard to dissect that on tape. Assuming that is good, i'd say trade up and pull the trigger on this guy. Edited March 5, 2018 by bills6969 1
Da webster guy Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 would be the 1st qb to make it in the big leagues in a dozen years who had a sub 60% completion percentage. 3

I'm guessing the Bills love one of Allen, Rosen, Darnold and that is why we hear all the smoke about the trade ups.
RyanC883 Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 (edited) Arm is like Rodgers. Nothing else really his. He has an abysmal accuracy and he played at Wyoming. I'd be questionable about him if he played in a Power 5 conference. His inability to "get it together" facing lesser competition is concerning. Edited March 5, 2018 by RyanC883 2
K D Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 He needs work but his arm is amazing and he looks comfortable dropping back. Needs to work on anticipation, touch, throwing receivers open, football IQ. He's not ready to play in 2018. If he plays they are going to ruin him. He will revert back to his old ways and not make any progress. If you draft him you know he's a work in progress and you are ok with a redshirt year. High risk high reward guy for sure

YoloinOhio Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 Clay. mold it. Still looks like a piece of ****. 3

transplantbillsfan Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 If he's our guy (which I don't want... he's the only one of the bunch I don't want), then I would virtually guarantee Tyrod Taylor would still be our QB for one more year. Love Allen's physical tools... but damn he's scary!
FearLess Price Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 No. Hell no. Allen is garbage. Get out of here with that. 3 1

LEBills Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 Don’t you know that he has a sub 60% completion percentage? He is going to be garbage bc of that according to people on this board who know nothing else about him but that. 1

I hear his WR's dropped quite a few balls (as did Jackson's, apparently). Whatever we do, I want that guy to be great. My fav QB is Mayfield, but whoever we draft I'll trust that this FO knows its stuff.

If they do draft him maybe he could convert to Tight End.
MAJBobby Posted March 5, 2018 Posted March 5, 2018 Highest ceiling of all the top QBs. However that also comes with the Lowest Floor. He scares the heck out of me 2
