If I were the Browns, I'd sign Cousins, draft Barkely at #1 and Minkah at #4.

They should take Nelson and give themselves an All Pro RG for Barkley to run behind.

Cousins, Barkley and Josh Gordon would form a pretty formidable offensive attack.

Then use the rest of the picks upgrading the defense.

Umm, no, he did not start over Gurley.  2014 was their only year on campus together.  Gurley was the clear back the first 5 games the year (Marshall / Chubb / Michel split time as backups) before being declared ineligible by the NCAA in game 6.  Gurley was suspended 4 games, then got hurt against Auburn when he came back.

yes QB is most important position- but think teams way over pay for their lottery ticket at QB.  I am more thrifty then that.  My mantra is I would rather the Bills would be the 2000 Ravens with Trent Dilfer or the 1985 Bears with Jim McMahon then the 2014 Colts with Andrew Luck

Best of luck building an all time defense.

If we want to trade up with the Giants, it may be in our best interest for Barkley to go #1.  Given their clear need at the position and wanting to make life easier on Eli, I just can't see them passing him up.  If he's gone #1, they are basically picking between a guard (a position they could use, but still, a guard #2) / a DE (a position they don't really need with JPP / Vernon) / a QB who'll sit for a couple of years / DB (another non-need position unless they are punting on Apple already) or a trade down.

Really? You like the odds of finding 11 guys, paying them all and keeping them together long term until you luck out in the playoffs better than finding ONE guy?

It may depend on if that ONE guy you’re trying to find is wearing a red and white striped shirt. That can make it a lot easier.

Yes. When Gurley was hurt.

Otherwise no. No he didn’t.

I like my odds on drafting great players with 11 picks then 1

Then you believe it's easier to find 11 great players than one.

Which is...questionable.

questionable? Have you ever taken a Stats class?  A sample size of 11 provides a better chance, then a sample size of 1.  My point is keep the picks, and add more if you can.  It will be better for the BIlls in the long run with probability

Yes, but if your theory is you're gonna win with trent dilfer, you need to hit on 11/11 defensive picks. Again, good luck.
