Royale with Cheese Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 So these are Bills players, current and in the past that weren't the household names like Kelly, Thomas, Bruce, Schobel, McCoy etc.... Someone that is less known but you remember them specifically for something. Can even be someone that didn't make it out of camp. I'll start....Lionel Gates who wore a big chain in camp and was a preseason star.

Logic Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 (edited) Kwame Cavil WR Texas Was with the Bills during training camp in 2000 and maybe a bit beyond that. This was the beginning of my long history of latching on to "Training Camp Superstars" and projecting them for greatness. At 6'2 and 205 lbs, I thought he was a future star in the making. Turns out....not so much. Apparently, he DID go on to have a long career in the CFL and won a Grey Cup in 2005. So there's that. Edited February 27, 2018 by Logic
JohnBonhamRocks Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 Kolb for his matt slip Joe Burns for his cool name Josh Reed for wearing the eye black under one eye and looking like a turtle

Pete Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 Carwell Gardner being a bad mother!@#$er. I remember him going at Brian Cox, and Cox not wanting anything to do with Carwell 1
OldTimeAFLGuy Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 ...Earthquake Enyart......name says it all........... 1
Logic Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 Darwin Walker. For...um....TECHNICALLY being a member of the Bills at one point? I Guess?

Royale with Cheese Posted February 27, 2018 Author Posted February 27, 2018 Derrick Holmes and the massive hit he took from Gary Plummer at the 1 yard line. Fumbled and I believe the 49ers returned it to the house. Changed the momentum of the game.
Rico Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 Donald Wilson, scrubby safety on the Bills during the God-awful 1984 and 1985 seasons. I remember he sucked in coverage, but lit up some receivers with big hits, and that’s always appreciated by me.
Royale with Cheese Posted February 27, 2018 Author Posted February 27, 2018 Leif Larsen who broke the record for bench press reps at the time. He did 45 reps of 225 lbs. I just looked him up....he's a boxer now.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 How about the coach on the field who got deked out by Pennington?
